I have more than 40 years of leadership experience in manufacturing businesses and have led hundreds of teams. Successfully achieving Lean Model Manufacturing plant certifications, winning Operational Excellence Awards, and developing dozens of successful leaders, I can help you and your teams reach new heights and surpass your competition. Practicing various continuous improvement methods, such as Lean and Six Sigma, I am uniquely prepared to provide high level coaching to boost performance of individuals and teams.
